Biturbo super-sedan: Mercedes-Benz S 63 AMG (W222) by Brabus

It seems that Bottrop is very busy these days. After the powerful E-Class and S 500 based B 50, here’s yet another Brabus super-sedan based on the latest Mercedes-Benz S 63 AMG (W222).

As with every model that leaves the workshop of Mercedes’ AMG performance division, the centerpiece of the S 63 is its engine – a hand-built, twin-turbocharged 5.5-liter V8. This time, the Brabus engineers increased the power to enormous 625 kW / 850 hp (838 bhp). The displacement of the 5.5-liter V8 was increased to 5.9 liters, while most of the engine parts have been either replaced or reworked by the Brabus engineers.

For visual highlights, the Brabus designers have developed a body conversion kit with sporty and elegant style. The components are manufactured in OEM quality from high-end PUR plastics and carbon fiber. The front has a dynamic design, the Brabus front spoiler lip and the front bumper attachments, which were optimized in the wind tunnel, and also reduce negative lift on the front axle.

The front fenders on each side are upgraded visually with a Brabus design element made of clear-coated carbon fiber. The LED lights integrated into the underside of the Brabus rocker panels also light up. The Brabus stainless-steel scuff plates are also illuminated.

The Brabus body conversion kit is rounded out by the rear spoiler lip, the rear bumper with Brabus sport exhaust system and integrated diffuser made of carbon fiber, and the rear spoiler.

The exclusive look also includes Brabus Monoblock alloy wheel.
