For 30 years, Mille Miglia has been bringing together exeptional personalities to the world of sport. Today, the reenactment of the Mille Miglia is an event in a class of its own. Mille Miglia has combined tradition with innovation, and vividly colored that combination with creativity, elegance, beautiful scenery and the Italian way of living.
Mercedes-Benz and Mille Miglia are inseparable. From 1927 to 1957 the red arrow, the logo of the event, was the symbol of one of the toughest motor races. Mercedes-Benz was able to boast many unforgettable successes during that time. Since 1977, the Mille Miglia has been held as a reliability test for the fireballs of the past. The bond between the two is as firm as ever, and in 2014 it is strengthened by Mercedes-Benz as the major car sponsor. In this way the car manufacturer from Stuttgart continues its long partnership with the 1000 Miglia S.R.L.
