Mercedes-Benz AMG GT (C190) stretching its legs on the Nürburgring

Here we have the latest spy shots of the AMG GT (C190) prototype testing on the Nürburgring. Even in the camo, for sure is that this AMG will be a hell of sports car.

While the car is heavily camouflaged, we can see a single bar grille, aggressive air intakes and the outline of the sweptback headlights. The model also has an active rear spoiler and a four-tailpipe exhaust system.

Engine options remain unconfirmed but AMG CEO Tobias Moers recently said “There won’t be a V6 version of the AMG GT.” This likely means the model will be powered exclusively by a twin-turbo 4.0-liter V8 engine, and as we have seen prototypes with different exhaust tips, it is likely the engine is offered with at least two different power outputs.

Public debut is reportedly already on July 20 at the German F1 GP.

Enjoy!
