Spy Shots: 2014 Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG Black Series loses some camouflage

The hottest version of the SLS AMG has started its slow and methodical teasing by taking of some of the camo that originally covered the front of the body. An amazing shape is thus revealed, one with massive air scoops feeding the brakes and the massive engine.

The skirt on the car is low and lean and there are little wings on the side of the bumper to channel the air and create downforce. The side of the wing and the bonnet are both covered in patches, indicating that the Black Series could have more air vents than an office building.

The specification remains a mystery, though, even down to what engine will find its way tucked well back under that long hood.

Enjoy!
